You'll get one email per week for four weeks.
The emails will give you questions to think about/answer.
Then we'll discuss as a group in Slack.
How much time will I need to dedicate to this?
Expect at least one hour per week to go through the reflections, plus however much time you want to spend in the Slack group.What can I expect from the Slack community?
I'll be there to guide you through the weekly reflections and prompt conversation among the group. The goal is to work together and learn from each other.What materials will I receive?
At the start of each week, you'll get a list of questions to answer and reflect on. You'll also get some worksheets I've prepared.
